In January 2020, I took a bus to Kigali and visited for ten days Kicukiro district. Christine, the directress of HDVC, invited me to volunteer and learn about physical therapy.
Kunda School and Library
In December 2019, I crossed the border to Rwanda and visited for ten days Gisenyi. Emmanuel, the director of Kunda Village Ministry, invited me to volunteer and experience Rwandan life.
Abato Foundation
In December 2019, I crossed the border to Uganda and visited for ten days Mpigi. Moses, the director of Abato Foundation, invited me to volunteer and learn about Ugandan culture.
Gospel Miracle Ministry
In November 2019, I visited for ten days the island at Victoria Lake in Kenya. Moses, the director of Gospel Miracle Ministry, invited me to volunteer and fish with locals.
Umoja Children’s Home
In November 2019, I visited for another ten days Bomet in Kenya. Joseph, the owner of Umoja Children’s home, invited me to volunteer and experience daily life at his orphanage.

In November 2019, I visited for ten days Bomet in Kenya. Noah, the founder of Bosto Children’s Home, accepted immediately my inquiry to volunteer and record videos of the orphanage.
IFLS – International Foreign Language School
In July 2019, I went for ten days to Takeo Province in Cambodia. Kreng, the school director of IFLS, accepted my last-minute inquiry to volunteer and experience rural Cambodian life.
13 Days Senegal with $100
In spring 2016, I booked a plane from Zurich to Dakar. My goal was to explore the country as a solo backpacker for only a hundred dollars in two weeks.
