I took a bus to Pokhara and went to the Gharmikola Agro Farm. Tanka, the host, invited me for a few days to assist him in creating the Worldpackers profile.

I took a bus to Pokhara and went to the Gharmikola Agro Farm. Tanka, the host, invited me for a few days to assist him in creating the Worldpackers profile.
Back in Kathmandu, we were invited to sunnyhomestay by Nischal. The family welcomes guests to assist them with farming, gardening, shopping, photography, and cooking for just a few hours daily.
After doing the Poon Hill Trekk in Ghorephani, Bea and I returned to volunteering with Worldpackers. We chose the Mount Mahabharat Homestay in Dhunkharka. This was our first eco-farm project.
I stayed six weeks in Chiti to learn about Nepali culture and support the New Marigold Academy. A lot of work was achieved to improve the condition of the school.
I stayed with Bea for twelve days at Heaven Hills Academy in Gaunshahar. We did photography, cooked Nepali foods, taught with local teachers and learned to speak the Nepali language.
In the last week of May 2022, I visit Phutung in Kathmandu District with Bea to volunteer at Possible Nepal. We taught English at secondary school and maintained their website.
In May 2022, I visit Bhaktapur to volunteer at Samta School, lead by principal Ms. Shova Tamang. I taught English, experienced village life and expanded their profile with a website.
In December 2020, I visited COFO for a week in the south of Malawi. Joshua, the director, invited me to record videos and take pictures during shirt distributions in Chikwawa.
In November 2020, I visited WOVICCO for a week. Martha, the foundress of the organization, invited me to record interviews and write stories of local people’s daily struggles around Blantyre.
In November 2020, I visited HYCF for a week. David, the founder and CEO, welcomed me to learn about Malawian culture and record interviews of local people for his organization.
In October 2020, I visited Ewaso Maasai College for two weeks. Samson, the organization’s social manager, welcomed me to teach English to the students and assist him in web design.
In October 2020, I visited Zion Care Organization for ten days. Osward, the manager of the place, welcomed me to assist him in editing his website and taking new pictures.
In October 2020, I visited Kidatu for ten days. Jema, the owner of St. Justine’s School in Kidatu, invited me to volunteer and do activities with the teachers and children.
In September 2020, I visited Iringa for two weeks. Daudi, the owner and CEO of Turnbull Tech Training College, invited me to volunteer and teach English, German and computer skills.
In January 2020, I took a train in Mwanza to Dar es Salaam. Rehema, founder and CEO of WEEDO, invited me to volunteer and teach computer skills to the students.
In January 2020, I arrived by bus in Tanzania and visited Mwanza for seven days. Mickey, the director of NCDY, invited me to volunteer and teach gym-classes to the children.
In January 2020, I took a bus to Kigali and visited for ten days Kicukiro district. Christine, the directress of HDVC, invited me to volunteer and learn about physical therapy.
In December 2019, I crossed the border to Rwanda and visited for ten days Gisenyi. Emmanuel, the director of Kunda Village Ministry, invited me to volunteer and experience Rwandan life.
In December 2019, I crossed the border to Uganda and visited for ten days Mpigi. Moses, the director of Abato Foundation, invited me to volunteer and learn about Ugandan culture.
In November 2019, I visited for ten days the island at Victoria Lake in Kenya. Moses, the director of Gospel Miracle Ministry, invited me to volunteer and fish with locals.
In November 2019, I visited for another ten days Bomet in Kenya. Joseph, the owner of Umoja Children’s home, invited me to volunteer and experience daily life at his orphanage.
In November 2019, I visited for ten days Bomet in Kenya. Noah, the founder of Bosto Children’s Home, accepted immediately my inquiry to volunteer and record videos of the orphanage.
In July 2019, I went for ten days to Takeo Province in Cambodia. Kreng, the school director of IFLS, accepted my last-minute inquiry to volunteer and experience rural Cambodian life.
